Comment from member, C. Jones - Another good season for TDGS for the low & high handicaps golfers with some new members joining the society and making an impact. Particular focus was on the upcoming Peter Duffy, who has put vast amount of commitment into taking professional tutition to improve his game and swing, also not to mention Dave Walker and Elizabeth, first ever female to join on board the membership, proving a hit on the course throughout the season. Despite Elizabeth having a few hiccups on the course, probably through nerves from other watching her tee-off, she has a potential to improve has each season goes on. Dave's teaching has paid off by surprising us all with his drive shots. There is others that I have yet to mention due to not being able to go on a round with them, hopefully will do so in the next season? Keep it going Peter, Dave and Elizabeth. But congratulations to the other new upcoming golfers, it's good to see some challenges on the courses in future, a potential English answer to Tiger Woods? Roll on 2008 season with the introduction of a new knockout competition, exiciting times ahead! See you all on the 1st Competition in 2008!
